Benefits of Regular Exercise

The benefits of regular exercise can only improve our lives physically, psychologically and socially. Regular exercise improves circulation leading to better skin, improved concentration and sleep. Blood pressure is lowered, heart and lung function improved, muscle mass increased and body fat lowered. Regular aerobic exercise realeases the feel good chemicals, endorphins, and many problems have been solved during regular walks, a cycle, swimming or a jog.

I qualified at the end of 1999 with a Diploma in Fitness Training and Sports Therapy. My qualifications include, Fitness Instruction and Personal Training, Fitness Assessment and Health Appraisal, Optimum and Sports Nutrition, Body and Sports Massage and Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation.
