Mediation and employment trouble-shooting

Training Matters London is a mediation and facilitation consultancy offering corporate and personal conflict resolution services. We work at every level of the organisation to resolve disputes at source, helping to avoid costly employment tribunals. We can work with HR and employment departments before and during a grievance or disciplinary procedure.

General Mediation Services

We have successfully (and confidentially) mediated a wide range of conflicted issues from partnership disputes, contentious probate, educational exclusions, PI, and through to a broad range of other Civil, Commercial and Family matters. Mediation aims to reach a 'win-win' situation in the hope of forging an ongoing relationship.

Resolution Family Consultancy

We also work in partnership with family solicitors as Resolution Family Consultants. We support Collaboratively trained lawyers and their clients throughout the divorce process and go on to work with their clients to effect a smoother transition to post-divorce co-parenting.
